Our bespoke "My First Sapphire" collection features stunning Sri Lankan sapphires, each accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. These certificates verify the gemstone's origin, quality, and genuineness, ensuring you receive a truly authentic and precious piece.

However, please note that our silver gemstone jewelry does not include a gem certificate.

Yes! We specialize in creating unique pieces. For our "My First Sapphire" bespoke custom gold collection, gemstone certificates are included. Contact us via email at team@jewelsceylon.com or WhatsApp us to discuss your custom jewelry needs.

To maintain the beauty of your jewelry:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals.
  • Store your pieces in the jewelry box provided.
  • Clean them gently with a soft cloth regularly.

Currently, we only ship within Singapore.

Domestic shipping within Singapore takes 4–7 business days. Orders above SGD 100 qualify for free shipping.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn and undamaged items in their original packaging. Custom-made jewelry and our "My First Sapphire" collection are non-refundable. Contact us to initiate a return.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Use the provided link to follow your shipment’s progress.

We accept all major credit/debit cards for secure and seamless transactions.

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, changes may not be possible if the item has already been processed for shipping.
