You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Please note, returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at the above email if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.
    We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, cannot be returned. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out for clarification.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for your desired item.

Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

Do you provide certificates for gemstones?

Our bespoke "My First Sapphire" collection features stunning Sri Lankan sapphires, each accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. These certificates verify the gemstone's origin, quality, and genuineness, ensuring you receive a truly authentic and precious piece.

However, please note that our silver gemstone jewelry does not include a gem certificate.

Do you offer custom or personalized jewelry?

Currently, we only ship within Singapore.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic shipping within Singapore takes 4–7 business days. Orders above SGD 100 qualify for free shipping.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn and undamaged items in their original packaging. Custom-made jewelry and our "My First Sapphire" collection are non-refundable. Contact us to initiate a return.
