Custom Engagement Rings by Jewels Ceylon (Launching March 2025)

Finding the perfect engagement ring doesn’t have to be stressful. At Jewels Ceylon, we make it easy by crafting the perfect ring for you. And we won’t stop until you say, “Wow, it’s perfect!”

Step 1: Free Consultation

Your journey begins with a chat—whether via whatsapp messages, virtually or over the phone.

We’ll discuss:

• Your design ideas and inspirational images (if any).
• Preferred metals and gemstones.
• Your budget.

If you’re unsure about your design or budget, our team will guide you through various options to help you decide. Once we understand your vision, we’ll provide a price quote for approval.

After approving the quote, we’ll begin! A 50% non-refundable deposit* is required to start the process, which covers designing, gemstone sourcing, and production.

Step 2: Sketching Your Design

If you provide a reference image, we’ll use it to create artistic sketches. If not, we’ll design based on your consultation.

You’ll review and provide feedback, and we’ll refine the design until it’s perfect. If you make significant changes mid-process, we’ll incorporate them and adjust the quote accordingly.

Step 3: Gemstone Selection - "My First Sapphire"

We specialize in sourcing premium Sri Lankan Sapphires through our bespoke brand, "My First Sapphire".

Here’s how it works:

• Based on your preferred sapphire color, hue, and budget, we’ll curate an exclusive selection.
• Our expert team will guide you in choosing the perfect sapphire, ensuring quality and authenticity.
• Each sapphire is hand-selected to match your design and personal preferences.

Step 4: Design Rendering and Gold Casting

We create a detailed design of your ring, showing precise dimensions and features.

• You’ll review the render and request adjustments until it’s just right.
• Once approved, we’ll share videos for your review.
• Finally, we’ll proceed with gold casting to bring your design to life.

Step 5: Production

Our skilled Sri Lankan goldsmiths handcraft your ring with precision and care.

Step 6: Quality Check

We conduct a thorough inspection to ensure flawless craftsmanship. The ring is cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner and reviewed in detail.

Once approved, we’ll share videos of the final piece. At this point, you’ll complete the remaining 50% payment.

Step 7: Delivery Within Singapore

Your custom ring will be delivered to your doorstep for FREE anywhere within Singapore.

Your package includes:

• A proposal-ready ring box.
• Warranty card.
• Care card.
• Gemstone certificate for your sapphire.
